What is your return policy?
We hope to launch our retail project in mid to late April. At that time, if you need to return any of our products--please send us an email explaining the issue with your item within 14 days of purchase. At that point, we will work with you to solve the problem to your satisfaction - whether it be a replacement or return.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.o. boxes. We will evaluate this as we develop as a company.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! I am available to answer your questions during waking hours - and will followup with you within 48 hours of receiving your email.
